Buchanan downloads data from Met station

Field Technician Hillary Buchanan downloads data from The Albion Meteorological Station located in the City of Boulder Watershed adjacent to Niwot Ridge. The logger box and instrumentation here are located at the top of small met tower typically 3 meters above the ground. Knowing the site (and solar panel) was likely buried, field technicians skied out with a spare battery so they could power the data logger and acquire any data that had been recorded before the solar panel powering the site became buried.
