veScience has recently written an article about Karen McGlathery, a lead Principal Investigator at the Virginia Coast Reserve (VCR) Long Term Ecological Research (LTER) site. McGlathery, an environmental sciences professor at the University of Virginia and lead scientist at VCR for 10 years, led the site in 2012 to securing its 6th phase of National Science Foundation funding.
