James Gosz and Joann Roskoski. NSF Acting Division of Environmental Biology Director, along with others at NSF, the Network Office, and three LTER sites, participated in the first LTER Executive Committee meeting via satellite videoconference January 13, 1995. This technology may be used more in the future to cut down on the costs associated with traditional meetings.
