Common strategies for effective communication of science

This past April the Baltimore Ecosystem Study LTER held a "Communicating Science " meeting led by Dr. Chris Swan of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and BES PI, Steward Pickett. The meeting was designed to help scientists improve their ability to communicate the outcomes of our science with other members of BES and with the larger world.
