A paper written by two Georgia Coastal Ecosystems (GCE) LTER scientists, Nathaniel B. Weston and Samantha B. Joye, appears as an "open access article" in vol. 102, no. 47 of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. The paper describes the temperature-driven de-coupling of microbial carbon cycling in coastal sediments, and is based on work done at GCE.
