The Nutrient Network (NutNet) continues to expand and now has 75 sites across five continents. With eight participating sites from the Long Term Ecological Research (LTER) Network (AND, CDR, JRN, KBS, KNZ, NWT, SEV, SGS), NutNet is one of the largest cross-LTER studies using consistent methods. The initial result of some of its work  was recently published in the journal Nature (see http://bit.ly/1ndBEAO and http://bit.ly/1liJXr3).
